jl679 Platform — User Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the jl679 website at jl679.app, including all games, services, features, promotions, and payment systems made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the jl679 Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any game offered through the jl679 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by jl679 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Balance" means the net total of a Player's deposited funds plus any verified, settled winnings, minus withdrawals and losses.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required by jl679 before processing certain transactions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government authority with regulatory oversight over licensed online gaming operations.
• "Eligible Player" means an individual aged 21 years or older who meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.

By completing the jl679 registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing the Platform following a login, or otherwise using any feature of the jl679 service, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• The information you have provided to jl679 during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

This Agreement is effective from the date you first register an Account or first access the jl679 Platform, whichever occurs earlier. jl679 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with Section 16.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all jl679 Account holders:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment.
• You must not be legally prohibited from participating in online gambling under the laws of your country, province, or territory of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jl679, nor an immediate family member residing in the same household as such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the jl679 Platform or any other gambling platform under a cross-operator or PAGCOR self-exclusion program.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jl679 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the jl679 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, mobile number, email address, device identifier, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is a material breach of this Agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the jl679 registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

Where jl679 identifies duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual:

• All duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately without notice.
• Any Bonus Funds credited across duplicate Accounts will be voided in their entirety.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds in duplicate Accounts may be confiscated.
• jl679 may, at its discretion, permanently ban the individual from registering future Accounts on the Platform.

All jl679 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and balance figures displayed on the Platform are expressed in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific promotional contexts.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jl679 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

• jl679 staff will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
• You must notify jl679 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• jl679 will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from unauthorized Account access where the breach was caused or facilitated by the Account holder's failure to maintain reasonable credential security.
• Sharing your Account with another person, or allowing another person to access or place Wagers on your Account, constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension.

jl679 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered exclusively in the Account holder's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jl679 Real Balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay are typically credited within 1–3 banking hours, subject to the sending bank's processing schedules and any applicable Philippine banking holidays.

• jl679 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the account or platform level at any time.
• Players may voluntarily set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming settings in their Account dashboard.
• Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Account holder may be frozen pending KYC investigation, and the deposited amount returned to the source payment method following verification.
• jl679 will not accept deposits from individuals that it reasonably suspects are under 21 years of age.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the jl679 Account dashboard. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods registered in the Account holder's name that have been used for a previous deposit on the Account, or which have been verified through the KYC process.

• GCash & Maya: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Typically processed within 1–3 banking hours on Philippine business days.
• Larger Withdrawals: Amounts exceeding jl679's internal verification threshold may be subject to additional identity verification before processing, which may extend processing time.

• A minimum wagering requirement may apply to Real Balance funds before a withdrawal can be processed, as detailed in applicable promotional terms.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds qualify for withdrawal as Real Balance.
• jl679 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• jl679 may decline or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

jl679 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible Account holders. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be obtained through systematic exploitation, collusion, or the use of multiple Accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the specified validity period before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• jl679 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to withhold or reclaim Bonus Funds where there is evidence of abuse.
• A Player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.

All games offered on the jl679 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, sports betting, fishing games, and bingo — are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on the jl679 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by the physical outcome of live dealer game equipment. No human intervention affects game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, software error, or communication disruption that affects a Wager or game outcome, jl679 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Balance.
• jl679's decision on all disputed game outcomes shall be final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 15.
• Players must conduct themselves respectfully in all live chat and game interfaces. Abusive, offensive, or threatening conduct toward jl679 staff or other players will result in immediate session termination and may result in Account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl679 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or any other fraudulent representation to jl679.
• Money Laundering: Using the jl679 Platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activities, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, whether on the same game or across different sessions, to gain an unfair advantage over jl679 or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unintended financial advantage on the Platform.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access the Platform through means other than the official jl679 login interface, or attempting to probe, scan, or test the security of the jl679 system.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account in contravention of Section 4 of this Agreement.

jl679 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that gambling may become addictive and agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your personal financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jl679 Account holders and can be activated from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your jl679 Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum net loss permitted on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session duration after which you will be prompted to take a break or automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Prompts: Set intervals at which you will receive a notification displaying your session duration and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the jl679 Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure and are irrevocable for the chosen duration.

jl679 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21 as required by Philippine law. If you are aware of a minor accessing the jl679 Platform, please contact the support team immediately. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that their login credentials are not accessible to minors in their household.

jl679 encourages all players to periodically self-assess their gambling behavior. If gambling is causing financial stress, relationship problems, or occupying an excessive portion of your time and attention, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to seek assistance from qualified support organizations.

All content on the jl679 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, game logic, visual design, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jl679 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

• You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl679 Platform content without express written authorization from jl679.
• The jl679 name, logo, and brand identifiers are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Your Account grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely for personal recreational use in accordance with this Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl679 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or interruption of service.

• jl679 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• jl679's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the Player's Real Balance at the time the claim arises.
• jl679 shall not be liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, strikes, internet infrastructure failure, or acts of God.

jl679 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Direction from PAGCOR, a Philippine court order, or other competent regulatory authority.

Upon Account closure, any Real Balance remaining in the Account (net of voided Bonus Funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC and anti-money laundering checks. A Player may also choose to close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jl679 support.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the jl679 Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies having jurisdiction.

For disputes relating specifically to PAGCOR-licensed online gaming activities, Players may additionally escalate concerns to PAGCOR's regulatory division in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.

jl679 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl679 will notify registered Account holders via the registered email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the jl679 Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jl679 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
